This EGR replacement pipe is a direct fit replacement for the 2.5 TDI 5 cylinder engine found in: VW Transporter with engine code BNZ (130bhp) and BPC (174bhp) VW Toureg with engine code BPD (163bhp) and BPE (174bhp) VW Crafter with engine codes BJJ (88bhp), BJK (109bhp),BJL (136bhp) and BJM (164bhp) Over time the standard EGR becomes choked with a carbon and oil mix which massively reduces the efficiency of the engine and ultimately can cause the EGR assembly to fail which is a costly part to replace from Volkswagen. Our replacement doesn’t allow exhaust gases back into the intake so immediately removes the carbon build up, whilst at the same time allowing no pre-heated air into the engine so it helps performance on two levels. As a result you may well see an improvement in fuel consumption too ! The pipe itself is made from a single piece billet (no welds) and comes complete with a new o-ring seal, and a blanking plate with gasket, for complete removal of the exhaust recirculation pipe from the engine bay. NOTE: removal of the vehicles EGR valve will result in a check engine light, and depending on model the glow plug light may flash. This does not adversely harm or effect the way in which the vehicle drives at all. This can be mapped out by most remapping companies.

Røret i seg selv er laget av et enkelt stykke billet (ingen sveiser ) og leveres komplett med en ny o - ringtetning , og en blindplatemed pakning , for fullstendig fjerning av eksosresirkuleringsrøretfra motorbrønnen . MERK : fjerning av kjøretøyer EGR ventilen vil resultere i en check engine lys , og avhengig av modell glødeplugglampen kan blinke . Dette betyr ikke ugunstig skade eller påvirke måten som kjøretøyet kjører i det hele tatt .
